As a VIP/Business customer you are GUARANTEED that there is no waiting time when we collect your vehicle and drop it off. If one of our chauffeurs arrives late you are entitled to a money back GUARANTEE or your next booking FREE, the choice is yours! (Following conditions apply: booking must be for same time period, same value, same vehicle and same customer).

Our booking office will let you know via text and call to ensure that everything thing is okay, we will confirm with you the details of your departure and arrival time. We understand that your time is precious and we value your time.

If the service is delayed, as promised you can claim your money back within 24 hours OR you can have your next booking within 21 days absolutely FREE (Subject to the above mentioned conditions).

If you wish to extend your parking period whilst you are away please inform us immediately. Any informed additional days will be charged at £25 per day. Failure to inform Eden Parking you will incur a daily charge of £40.

When collecting your vehicle please make sure that you are at the correct notified location. If you are not at the notified location the company will not be held responsible for any delays. If you are unsure please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Any claims can only be made via email or post. We will not accept any claims over the phone.
